A booking call the other side refused

Matt Van Horn@mvanhorn · 23 Sept

Funny @Muse transcript trying to book a karaoke reservation via phone call. The person on the other end asked if it was AI, Muse said it was an assistant calling on Matt's behalf, and the recipient refused to talk to an AI.

Wait on hold, then ring you when a person answers

Matt Van Horn@mvanhorn · 21 Sept

Okay @Muse just pulled a rabbit out of a hat. I just had Muse call Southwest Air, wait on hold for me then it called me once a representative was there. It worked! There was real human waiting for me.

Call a mobile tire repair, pay, then get insurance to reimburse it

JH Trader@JoshExile82 · 27 Sept

So @Muse crushed it again for me. Car got a flat tire today. And my dumb self left the tire kit in the other car. I tried my call insurance flat tire program but they told me 4 hours to get to me. Instead Muse found a mobile tire repair place. Muse called them and setup the entire thing. Within 30 minutes they had arrived and Muse even paid for it online. Then Muse alerted me that my insurance may reimburse me for this cost under certain conditions. So it called the agent and got it taken care of. Insurance didn't want to take care of it at first so it told them I would remove my 2 cars and home insurance and take business elsewhere. They figured an $80 reimbursement would be better than losing me completely.

Try the prompt
I have a flat and my tire kit is in the other car. My insurer's roadside program quoted a long wait. Find a mobile tire repair that can come now, call them, and set it up. Then check whether my auto policy will reimburse the cost and call them if it should. Pause before you pay and before you say I will cancel a policy.

Real ID appointment booked by voice

Gaby Re@gabyyyre

@gabyyyre: told Muse by voice that her license expired and she needed a Real ID. It checked her calendar, saw she'd be at tennis Tuesday near 119th, found the closest DMV (Harlem, 6 blocks away), and booked a 12:30 appointment : all while she made oatmeal for her daughter.
