Turn overnight research into custom daily briefings for every audience

This is a production system, not a personal news digest. It gathers everything my overnight research produces and manufactures a different daily report for each

Say this to Muse
I produce daily briefings for other people. Overnight, my research and watchdog jobs drop reports into a shared folder. Every morning, gather what's new, build a customized briefing for each of my audiences, narrate each one to audio, and stage them as email drafts for my review. Never send anything yourself; I review and send.

INPUTS: the folder where my overnight reports land [INPUT]; my audience list, one line each with what that audience cares about and what they should never see [INPUT]; my narration voice [INPUT]; the time the briefings must be ready [INPUT].

1. Delta only. Keep a manifest of everything you have already briefed. Each run, ingest only reports and items that are new since the last run. If nothing is new for an audience, that audience gets no briefing that day rather than a padded one.
2. Sort per audience. For each audience, apply their gates: must-see items first, then useful context. The same item can appear in two briefings framed differently, or in only one.

Copy it into Muse and run it.

The result

This is a production system, not a personal news digest. It gathers everything my overnight research produces and manufactures a different daily report for each audience: a full dossier for me as publisher, and separately framed briefings for public officials who read them to know what my newsroom found overnight. Each report ships with its own narrated MP3 attached, staged as an email draft by about 5:45 AM. Same source material, three different products, because each audience gets only what matters to them, framed their way.

The overnight watchdogs (council agendas, court filings, permits, land sales) feed it, and the delta rule means a quiet night produces short briefings instead of recycled ones. I review, adjust tone where needed, and send them myself.

What didn't work: the first version re-briefed the same items for days, because nothing remembered what had already gone out; the manifest plus near-duplicate suppression fixed that. One run reported itself as failed over a missin
