The problem
A new site has no authority, and the fastest honest way to earn links is to find articles that already cover Muse, especially the ones whose facts have gone stale, and offer the writer something better to link to.
The result
Eighteen targets researched, fifteen pitched from my own inbox. One conversation with an agency blog that wrote about Muse for Shopify merchants is still going, and every pitch and reply sits in one log I can pick up any time instead of starting from zero.
Questions about this workflow
What does this workflow do?
Research the sites already writing about Muse, pitch the ones with stale facts, log every reply.
What prompt does this workflow use?
Research who is writing about Muse, check what each article claims, keep only the ones with a real contact route, and draft a short pitch that leads with the correction and offers our availability tracker as the reference. Never guess an email address, and log every pitch and reply in one place.
How do I use this workflow?
Copy the prompt from this page into Muse and adjust the details to your situation. The result above is what the author got. Every workflow here is free to use; you just need access to Muse, and if you do not have an invite yet you can claim a community code on the homepage.
